very few colorplates now, poor quality

Date:November 25, 2013
Cons: lack of picture pages for each week
I have been buying this desk calendar for years - the color plates of the paintings for each week are beautiful and the reason I enjoy this calendar. Why has the format changed!!! It is now a sixteen month calendar (who needs four duplicate months?) and a third of the colorplates are missing. What a disappointment. I will not be choosing this calendar next year if this new format remains.

Nice calendar

Date:September 28, 2013
Pros: Makes A Great Gift, High Quality Materials, pretty pictures
I'm very happy with this desk calendar. The pictures are nicely reproduced and there is plenty of room to write down engagements in each day's block. I recommend this purchase.

rather a disappointment

Date:September 10, 2013
Cons: unexpected change from previous years
I've ordered this title in past years and it's a surprising disappointment this year. It used to have almost one picture per week (only 2 to 4 weeks were without an illustration). Now many weeks are without illustration; it's just a few illustrations scattered throughout. I ordered another engagement calendar (from Amazon) for active use/display on my desk; I'll use this one for recording tax information and keep it buried in a drawer. I shall not order from this publisher (Universe) again.

Great representation of the impressionists

Date:January 31, 2013
Pros: High Quality Materials
I was seeking a Monet calendar but when I saw this one, I thought it even better! The quality and style book is exactly what I wanted: spiral binding-easy to use, tactal quality excellent and great for writing on, description of paintings just right, and size is perfect for my purposes. Thanks for keeping the price down.

Gorgeous selections, striking details

Date:August 30, 2012
Pros: Makes A Great Gift, High Quality Materials
Cons: none
This weekly agenda calendar will delight you with some of the lesser known but most beautiful Impressionist paintings, often presented as blown-up details, with the full painting also shown for reference. I took a sneak peak at one I bought for a gift and immediately had to order 2 more!
