It's NOT a flaw

Date:October 16, 2013
Pros: nice photography
I got this calendar last year and am getting it again this year precisely because it is the ONLY easel with Monday-first layout from this site. I know it doesn't say so in the description, but all the Colin Baxter calendars are Monday-first, and the others all say so. Americans are used to a Sunday-first layout, but frankly, after my first trip to Europe when I discovered Monday-first, I have looked for them, and they are hard to find.

One Flaw

Date:July 18, 2013
Pros: High Quality Materials
Cons: way days are listed
I like the calendar just fine EXCEPT the days of the month are listed Monday thru Sunday instead of Sunday thru Saturday like a normal calendar. It is a bit confusing.

Why didn't I ....?

Date:January 5, 2013
Pros: Makes A Great Gift, High Quality Materials
Cons: it's scotland...how can there be a con???
Yeah, why didn't I order more than one...silly me. I'm pretty familiar with Colin Baxter's photography of Scotland and this seems to be the one and only desk easel type of calendar around. I can order others from the Scotland newspaper but it takes forever to get them. The calendar is done for our UK tastes with Sat and Sun as the end of the week and starts with Monday. I can deal with this. The calendar arrived well packed and before the start of the new year. I'm pleased, but mad at myself for not ordering another one for home (this one goes to my office). Thank you!

Has flaws

Date:December 9, 2012
Pros: nice views
Cons: as stated above
While it looks nice there are flaws in my mind.First I always viewed calenders with the week beginning on Sun ,with Sun being on the left .All calenders I have ever owned were like that ,very confusing .Secondly the calender falls over easily ,it's not very stable .Thirdly I wish the picture was a little smaller and the dates bigger so I can write in appointments .I would have sent the calender back if I hadn't written appointments in it .One problem you have when you buy online you really can't judge the functunality of the product .
